Location
Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally located near the river walk, close to Walmart, restaurants, and the waterfront/falls. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but cleanliness could be improved. The service is polite but lacks promptness in addressing unexpected issues. The location is convenient with easy access to the highway, although some facilities like the microwave and sink faucet need maintenance. The dining experience could be better with improved buffet options.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and spacious, but unfortunately, there was no hot water in the shower and the noise from kids running around was disruptive. The service, on the other hand, had its ups and downs with unimpressive experiences during check-in and check-out but redeeming qualities like assistance with printing documents. The location was both dusty, affecting balcony use, yet superb with access to the picturesque waterway and falls. As for the dining, it was a letdown compared to other hotel experiences, although a barbeque saved the day.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, but we had issues with the lack of toiletries and towels. On the bright side, the to-go food we ordered was delightful, and we enjoyed some much-needed downtime. The hotel was a great value for the large and cozy room.
The hotel had a mix of pros and cons. The rooms, although needed some updating, were very nice, roomy, and quiet. However, the initial cleanliness issue required us to switch rooms. The service was a bit of a hit or miss, with some staff being friendly and helpful, while others were not pleasant during check-in and check-out. The location, despite needing updates and looking run down in places, had its perks, being close to Walmart, restaurants, and the waterfront. The dining experience was not great, lacking variety and quality. However, the Indian food was a plus.
